Fabric Shredder

• This tearing machine is mainly used for recycling textile waste, but can also process other types
of rejects. It can handle natural and synthetic fibers alike

• The material is manually loaded on a belt conveyor equipped with a hand protection roller.

•  Toothed feed rollers hold the material in place so as to minimise the percentage of un-shredded
fabric. The tearing is done by means of a rotating spiked metal cylinder with a working width of
500mm.

•  A sensor automatically reduces the feed roller speed in case of overload.

•  7″ touchscreen interface for easy and immediate use of the machine.

•  Electrical system housed in IP66 standard cabinet equipped with disconnector switch, motor
protections, inverters and low voltage controls. The machine casing is equipped with safety
switches to prevent access to moving parts.
