Automatic Foam Trimming Machine

Developed to trim mattresses and foam products at exact dimensions without the need for further handling and manipulation. The machine can be programmed to perform various kinds of cuts, for example, cutting two separate mattresses with the same or different widths at one time. Photo sensors ensure proper location of the foam on the belt and adapt automatically for the cutting path. The AX-T can be equipped with optional lubrication system that cleans the blade from glue residues and an automatic sharpening.
