Emergency Phone Support

1. After hours emergency phone service is now available from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. EST. To reach the on-call technician after 5 p.m., simply call the Atlanta Attachment Company main office number at +1-770-963-7369 and when prompted dial extension 222, which will transfer to the on-call technician. If the technician is presently on a call, please leave a message. You should receive a call back from him, normally within 1 hour. Messages should include a name, phone number and specific details of the technical issue.

2. Every attempt will be made to resolve the problem over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved during the After Hours Call or if additional AAC resources are required and are not available at the time of the call: A follow-up call will be scheduled for the following business day.

3. Making multiple calls without leaving a message will not expedite your request.

4. Non-emergency requests will be returned the next business day.

Service Call Priority: Service calls will be addressed in the order in which they have been received and solved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Some service calls may require the coordination of parts, additional staff and other departments within AAC. As a result, resolution times may vary.

We have also added a dedicated email account for non-immediate help, technical questions, technical documents or machine manuals. These messages can be sent to: techsupport@atlatt.com. In the subject line please indicate "Help needed" or "Information needed".

Please explain your request, technical issue or concern in detail. You should also list workstation name and model number, along with your name, company address, phone number as well as the best way and time to reach you.
