Technical Information

OPERATION
This machine is mainly used for auto-cutting of mattress panels and mattress borders. It can be used together with the quilting machine or separately.

Pneumatic cylinder* raises roller and disengages slitter blade and allows material to clear border slitter blades when panel cutter mode selected




Panel cutter table* lifts and retracts pneumatically.
  • Raised position for panel cutting
  • Retracts for border slitting and rewinding.
