 AUTOMATED SYSTEMS ASSEMBLY 
When our parts are made and the sub-assemblies are complete, we begin the process of assembling the purchased items and our in-house manufactured items into a complete automated workstation. After the assembly is complete, a computer program is inserted, and the machine is cycled for 48 continuous hours in an effort to identify any parts which might fail. After this shakedown, we thread up the machine and start sewing our customer’s material to make sure it will satisfy even the most critical purchaser. |
