221-4R
Cut and insert binder

Designed to eliminate the manual cut and reinsert fo binding on items such as floor mats, throw rugs, carpet samples, etc.  The operator presses a foot switch to cut the binding at the point of oversew and finishes the piece.  Pressing a knee switch signals the 221-4R to feed and insert binding under the presser foot to begin the next cycle
