Attach and make row cap attachment, invisible stitch

Waistband is attached to pant in first operation – see ill. no. 1, then folded over to hide stitch – The waistband is then inserted in to binder – see ill. no.2 – the third operation crack stitches the band to stay the row-cap inside the pant.
